ENGAGEMENT SESSION - Laid-back, fun, and totally you. Think of this as a warm-up (or just an excuse to get dressed up and hang out somewhere beautiful). It’s a great chance to shake off camera nerves and create some magic before the big day.

In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we’ll finalize timelines, shot lists, and any special requests. Need help organizing portraits? Questions about golden hour? I’ve got you. My goal is to be a calming, helpful presence long before I click the shutter.

From quiet getting-ready moments to full-on dance floor chaos, I’ll be there—observant, unobtrusive, and fully tuned in to your day. I gently guide when needed (like during portraits) but otherwise let the moments unfold naturally.

Absolutely. If you want your story told with more depth, a second photographer is a beautiful addition. It allows us to be in two places at once—capturing quiet getting-ready moments for the bride & groom. Capture you walking down the aisle and your partner’s first look at you.
It’s also ideal for larger celebrations, where more guests and layered moments deserve to be documented fully. Think of it as giving your day the space it needs to breathe, unfold, and be remembered from every angle.

Absolutely—travel is one of my favorite parts of this work. Whether your wedding is tucked into the Texas Hill Country, along the California coast, or in a city that holds meaning for you, I’m always up for the journey.
Travel fees vary depending on location, but I keep things simple and transparent—typically covering airfare, lodging, and minimal transportation. Once I know the details, I’ll provide a custom quote with everything outlined clearly, so there are no surprises.

Every wedding is unique, but for full-day coverage, you can typically expect 600–800 edited images, thoughtfully curated to reflect the emotion and rhythm of your day.
Within 72 hours, you’ll receive a preview gallery— a handful of highlights to relive the magic while the full story is being woven. Your complete gallery will be delivered within 10 - 12 weeks, beautifully edited and ready to be downloaded, shared, and printed.

I strive to make the booking process as seamless and thoughtful as possible. To secure your date, a 20% retainer is due at the time of booking, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due a month before the wedding date—giving you peace of mind as the day approaches.
All invoices are delivered digitally, and payment can be made easily online. If you'd prefer a custom payment plan, I'm happy to discuss options that make the process feel seamless and stress-free.

Obviously, your photos are a big deal, and we would hate for something to happen to them. Our professional backup system is our way of keeping your photos safe.
We shoot on 2 SD cards simultaneously, so if one corrupts, the other should have the photos intact. We quickly back up all photos to 2 external hard drives that are then tucked away for safekeeping. We never erase or format SD cards until we have delivered your fully edited gallery.
